When Will My Oxva Xlim Pro 2 DNA 30W Pod Kit Be Shipped?
This is a common question asked by our customers, providing your order is placed before 5PM (17:00) Monday to Friday it will be picked, packed and dispatched that same working day. Due to collection timings with Royal Mail we are very strict with this cut off time to ensure the prompt dispatch of other customers orders.
When Will My Order Arrive:
All our orders are dispatched with Royal Mail or DHL unless we have contacted you to say otherwise. Royal Mail 24 and 24 Tracked services are used for orders to the United Kingdom and should arrive the next working day, however please allow 1-5 working days as these are the contractual timeframes before we can deem an item lost in transit.
Returns Policy:
Any products purchased from VapeSupplies.com, you have up to 14 days to return any unwanted products providing they are unopened, undamaged and unused as provided in our terms of sale. All unwanted products are to be returned by our automated returns process.
We do not provide returns on opened e-liquid bottles unless under very specific circumstances. This choice is made at the companies discretion.

Hardware:
Devices are Hardware is covered under a strict 3 month warranty in which any product which is affected by manufacturer defects or is not working correctly will be swapped or refunded immediately. These swaps are like for like and will be for the same product or something of similar value. You can pay the extra to upgrade your product providing the warranty covers the issue in hand. Any device that has been damaged or shows clear signs of damage will not be covered by our warranty.
Vape Liquids & CBD:
No Vape liquid, CBD or consumable products can be returned if they have been opened or the tamper seal is cracked for health and safety reasons. However, you can return unwanted e-liquids with a valid proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase and a store credit or refund will be given.
