The E-Lux E-Head is the perfect alternative to a traditional shisha. Our portable E-Head can be connected to the top of most traditional shishas thereby making your shisha smoke free and eliminating the ash, tar and smoke.
Utilising a sleek L.E.D lit touch screen, this revolutionary product features an adjustable voltage control system that ranges from 3.2V to 6V, which enables you to completely customise your experience to your own liking.
Tip: It is highly recommended that you first prime your new coil before using it. This simply means to pre-saturate the cotton with E-liquid to prevent it from overheating and burning. Carefully add one single drop of E-liquid in each of the top holes as well as the flat bottom of the coil making sure not to over-saturate. To ensure the new coil was properly primed start by operating the E-Head at a lower voltage than usual and gradually increase the power until you reach your normal settings. The key benefit in priming your coil is heightening the intensity of your E-liquid while increasing the coil’s life expectancy.

- To achieve the best performance of your E-Lux Shisha E-Head we recommend:
- Operating the E-Lux E-Head on our E-Lux Shisha premium nicotine-free range of E-liquids only.
- If you suddenly notice an unexpected change in the E-liquid taste and a decrease in the vapour production of your device, you are advised to change the coil. In order to prevent these issues, we recommend to replace the coil every 2-4 weeks of use, depending on how frequently you use your device.

When Will My E-Lux Shisha E-Head Shortened: E-Lux E-Head Be Shipped?
This is a common question asked by our customers, providing your order is placed before 5PM (17:00) Monday to Friday it will be picked, packed and dispatched that same working day. Due to collection timings with Royal Mail we are very strict with this cut off time to ensure the prompt dispatch of other customers orders.
When Will My Order Arrive:
All our orders are dispatched with Royal Mail or DHL unless we have contacted you to say otherwise. Royal Mail 24 and 24 Tracked services are used for orders to the United Kingdom and should arrive the next working day, however please allow 1-5 working days as these are the contractual timeframes before we can deem an item lost in transit.
Returns Policy:
Any products purchased from VapeSupplies.com, you have up to 14 days to return any unwanted products providing they are unopened, undamaged and unused as provided in our terms of sale. All unwanted products are to be returned by our automated returns process.
We do not provide returns on opened e-liquid bottles unless under very specific circumstances. This choice is made at the companies discretion.

Hardware:
Devices are Hardware is covered under a strict 3 month warranty in which any product which is affected by manufacturer defects or is not working correctly will be swapped or refunded immediately. These swaps are like for like and will be for the same product or something of similar value. You can pay the extra to upgrade your product providing the warranty covers the issue in hand. Any device that has been damaged or shows clear signs of damage will not be covered by our warranty.
Vape Liquids & CBD:
No Vape liquid, CBD or consumable products can be returned if they have been opened or the tamper seal is cracked for health and safety reasons. However, you can return unwanted e-liquids with a valid proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase and a store credit or refund will be given.
